Q) Why did you study at RDI ML?

A) i) Fexible study time-table. ii) Focus of “Personal Development Planning” as a successful high level manager. iii) Sustainable learning from lifelong study (i.e., my 2nd postgraduate degree )

Q) Any adversity or challenges along the way? How did you overcome them?

A) There are two challenges involved. Firstly, it seems insufficient time for me to think about and reflect on what happened; what went well and what didn’t (e.g., look at how to reflect critically on my own performance a bit later on). Secondly, learning through experience can be disorientating and sometimes stressful, especially when things don’t go according to plan. To progress and develop means reviewing the ways, but change can be difficult. Thus, it is necessary for me to spend some time for recording, obtaining results and then planning ahead is a reasonable process of critical reflection. If the fact that clients cite self-awareness as a crucial postgraduate skill, how important this process is an implication to my future prospects, as well as helping me to improve my academic learning nowadays
