Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions are valid until 31st December 2010.


1. Terminology

In these conditions, except where the context otherwise defines:

'Client' means any company, firm, organisation, individual or other body or person for whom the Programme is provided.

'Company' means RDI Ltd (RDI Management Learning).

'Programme' means a programme of study offered by the Company.

2. Applications

Clients wishing to join an RDI Programme must complete an application form and submit with other necessary documentation as specified within the RDI  brochure. Applications must be received by the deadline of the specified Programme. The Client must satisfy the entry requirements for the selected Programme and provide appropriate evidence, in order to be considered.

3. Programme materials

Client Programme materials in conjunction with tutor support are designed to provide the information required to successfully complete the Programme. Additional reading recommendations are available for areas of special interest to Clients and these should be purchased by the Client separately as appropriate.

A timetable is designed to help the Client to prepare for assessment. It is recommended that Clients follow the guidelines given. If Clients are not able to meet assessment deadlines they must contact the RDI office immediately. Failure to meet assessment deadlines may result in an additional fee, depending upon the Programme studied.

Where it is specified, RDI will register Clients for examinations. For all other Programmes it will be necessary for the Client to contact the relevant professional body to arrange examinations directly. Responsibility for these arrangements will lie with the Client. 

4. Money Back Guarantee

If during the first 30 days, from first receipt of Programme materials, Clients are not completely satisfied then RDI will refund *the Client fees paid.

The Terms & Condition Apply:

A refund of 70% of the Programme fees paid will be provided during the first 30 days, from first receipt of Programme materials. The refund will be subject to the return of Programme material in original condition, received by RDI at the time of the refund request. The client must meet any expenses incurred in returning materials, directly and an administration fee will be charged The refund request must be made in writing to RDI.

No refunds can be provided after 30 days from first receipt of Programme materials.

5. Refer a friend

To be eligible to receive the referral reward, you must be a current RDI student or graduate.

The referral reward is only valid on the course where the total course fee is US$6,450(HK$50,000) or more.

The referral form must be submitted to RDI together with the application for admission. Late submission of the form will not be accepted.

There is no limit on the number of referees you refer to RDI.

The referral reward will be given within 30 days after the referral applicant paid the 2nd Installment of the tuition fee. For existing students, the US$385(or it's equivalent to HK$3,000) referral reward will be given in the form of US$385(or it's equivalent to HK$3,000)off your remaining course fee or $3,000 in cheque if you have paid up the course fee. For graduates, the US$385(or it's equivalent to HK$3,000) referral reward will be given by cheque.

6. Programme fees on enrolment are guaranteed to be offered at a fixed rate for the minimum duration of the client's study which is normally 2 years for a MBA or HND, and 1 year for a final year top-up degree.

7. RDI reserves the right to amend or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the RDI shall be final and conclusive.
